Central Waters BBA Pecan Kringle Imperial Stout, 12.3% ABV. This is listed as an Imperial Pastry Stout, but it's not. Pastries are sweet, this is more bitter than sweet. I rated this 4.37 in 2020. If this was as sweet tasting as the aroma promises, it coulda been a contender. Maybe a little Splenda...

Middle kid pitched well again tonight. 3 IP, 1 R, 8 Ks. His team lost and got knocked out of the playoffs though. Youngest's team won and he found out he made the all star team for his league which is no small feat for a non-travel player. And then there's me. I'm contending for the beer drinking all star team. One more beer tonight with the NBA playoff game. Bell’s Oberon wheat ale drinking real crisp and refreshing right now. Nice bready wheat malt taste with light citrus and orchard fruit notes. A good warm weather beer for sure. Cheers all!
