    Probably because no one in their right mind lets those cans sit around long enough to get old so they don't need to date them. (There's very few beers I can say that about and that's one of them.) However, yeah, a date would be good and I've already had cans that were two months out and they still tasted good (they were picked up the day they were canned so I knew the age). But, I still defer back to my first sentence and I'm guessing someone included your can as an extra in a trade, if not, shame on you for letting it sit that long.

    Maybe you can save me 4 or 5 bucks. The only Ruth I ever had was completely flat, grainy, and dull. It was my lowest-scoring beer ever, to this day. Should I give it another shot? At the time I was pretty sure I'd gotten a bad bottle.

    This one isn't flat but it's still not very good.... Very... wheaty... and orangey.... Like when restaurants put orange in your American heffeweizen... Like Pyramid... but with hops.
