    I understand that and brew as well. Lets just see how the beer turns out. I really hope it is a tasty tart dark sour in a can.

    How did you get that out of my post? Did you miss the, "IF" ? I guess I just trust good breweries to drain pour crap beer and not can it IF its actually good

    I will definitely buy one can before buying any more. I also don't trust them on this one, but I have never been a big fan of Brewery Vivant.

    How can you not trust Brewery Vivant when they've been nothing but truthful through this situation?

    Because that is my choice. I trust that they think it is fine, but that doesnt give me much comfort. I havent liked much of the beers they have released. Like Steebo, I am skeptical.

    had tart side today and was pleasantly surprised. i was skeptical after being excited to try the plow horse (a phrase that feels odd typing) but i definitely agree with the sour transitioning to cherry/coffee from the post above. definitely going to grab some cans when they are released.

    I was recently got a can of tart side and it was awesome. Anyone know where I can get more? Also would be up for plow horse if it's been released.

    I see it all over the place still and I know the brewery still has a ton of it...If I see some the next time at the beer store, ill pick you up some...
