When I'm really thirsty for a tasty beer, particularly after I work out, I sometimes want to drink something more drinkable and pleasant than the imperial stouts and IPAs that I have been drinking lately (which, while obviously exceptionally pleasant as well, are not what I am looking for in a situation like this). That being said, other than obviously "The World's Most Refreshing Beer" of Coors Light, what styles in general and beers in particular would you suggest?

All of the above are excellent choices; however, my go to sessional, post-athletic endeavor ale would be three floyds 'pride and joy'. Not complex; but, easy drinking and a favorite of many.

Not quite that time of the year, but Peak's Simcoe Spring and Summer Session are two of my favorite "lighter" beers.

Also, SN Kellerweiss is amazing on a warm day.

Sun king Osiris is perfect for a refresher. May need 3 or 4.

Zombie Dust for me. But may be a bit over the top for some.

Captain Lawrence Captain's Kolsch is extremely refreshing. Every person I have given one too has loved it, including the people who swear by the silver bullet
I see a few other people listed a Kolsch. It looks like the best available Kolsch you can get is your answer. For NY it's the Captain's.
