    The beer is similar to Bourbon County Brand Stout in a lot of ways. Awesome stuff. Cheers!

    Homebrewed Damphbier. OG and FG were both slighly high but still came in at 4.5% ABV so that makes me happy. Pretty happy with the yeast profile also.

    However, drinking it by the quart may offset the low ABV :grimacing:. Cheers, All.

    I've been abstaining since I came down with the Flu (on day four), but it's amazing to me just how I enjoy the sensory experience of just looking at beautiful beers within elegant specialty glasses. I really feel that the visual component is important, so keep posting, and entertain me! :slight_smile:
