    It's a good thing you got an early start - three 10% beers as a warm up to the 18% main event; "good gawd, man!" :grimacing: (In my worst Sean Connery voice.) I don't know if I should give you a high five, fist pump, or a pillow!!

    HAHh My buddy is a hoarder though and proud of it! The 10 cases of Sierra Nevada in his back room along with his Hitachino 3 Day and Enjoy by can make anyone shake their head!

    Studying up for my Cicerone test in March. So each week I will be doing my own pairing dinner, some simple and some more elaborate. Tonight will be four courses, all easy cooking or lack there of. Here are the first two and I'll try to post the last two as well.

    The snow is coming to Casper Saturday so I better get to warming myself up. Deschutes XXIV, present and accounted for, in my glass and my tummy. It's already better now than when I had it fresh. I'll open my next one on, say, July 24, 2013.:wink:
