    Finally found a long time want today - DfH 75 Minute IPA (which is super delicious!), and enjoying that along with some garlic, salt and pepper marinated steak while watching my Flyers play the Panthers! Cheers!

    Good idea! Now I need to buy one of those "turtle" thingys you put over the glass to help the pour. We did a Black and Tan get together a few weeks ago at a friends house during the NFL playoffs and that turtle thing helped the pours stay separated.

    Last post of the night here. Chocolate covered almonds paired with a Quad and Chocolate Coffee Imperial Stout. Both pair amazingly well but there is such contrast. Pairing is always fun but doing it all side by side has been a very educational experience as well as a nice buzz for my fiance and I.
