It's in the "Allocations" tab. The new site is confusing, to say the least.

    Beer --> Current Allocations

Both towards the top of the webstore

Hmm, that's odd. It's on my page.

Did you login first? If I don't login I get what you see; logging in brings up the "Current Allocation" tab. I also don't know if its because I joined HS so the screen looks different. There's definitely a fair amount of bugs that still need to be worked out of the webstore.

Logged in, that was the problem, found the beers.

Now the problem is there isn't an option to select "pick up at the brewery". It just says no shipping method found, contact store administrator. Yeah, I know you can't ship out of California, can I get an option to "I'lljustpickitupbro" like in the past?

Update your shipping address and then it let me have the option to ship or pick up. Provide your trustees address in the "ship to" address even though you're going to select pick up. Worked for me. This is all under the "My Account" tab, BTW.

I am in the RS, not the HS, but I have yet to get a single e-mail this year from them. Anyone else in the same boat as me? I've e-mailed them about this so hopefully it is corrected soon...

Thanks, but I don't use a trustee, I just pick up my bottles. Anyways, I put an address down (CA), still can't order.

EDIT: And then when you call the Bruery # and select option 2 for the online store, the computer voice tells you to leave a message. Man, there is really a divide lately between the quality of the beer and the customer service.

Why when you edit shipping address, it changes billing too, I have no idea.

I'd suggest trying to call again after noon. That's typically when Jamie the RS coordinator gets there.

Add a new address, then set one as shipping and one as billing.

Appreciate your help, but that's the exact type of CS thing that is irritating. Website has bugs, phone system is lame, and I have important work to do this afternoon. . .but I only have 1 week to order this stuff on a website that isn't working, and I'm expected to make multiple phone calls to talk to a live person? Ugh. I got better service when I was giving them a lot less $$$$.

It automatically uses my billing as shipping and vice versa. My bank won't let me have a fake billing address, the charge won't go thru. Bruery won't let me use the same info I've been using for years.

True, but GB wasn't originally listed as a HS exclusive. It's a known issue that GB wasn't carbonating properly in the bottle, it's not illogical to assume a lower yield. If that's the case, and there isn't enough to go around, it's within the realm of possibility for the Bruery to open up allocations to HS first with remainders going to RS (similar to putting remaining bottles of RS allocations for sale at unlimited amounts after the initial allocation purchase a la white chocolate, flimishmish, and BA4CB).

At this point it's mostly speculation, but depending on HS purchases this week, I wouldn't be surprised if RS got a crack at GB come Monday. We'll just have to wait and see.

Also, please note, this in no way applies to SitR w/peaches or any other beer on the HS exclusive list (though after the PS debacle, Im curious to see what changes between HS and RS).

If my billing and shipping are both set to my Indiana address, I am getting the invalid address error.
If my billling is Indiana (correct for credit card) and shipping is my CA trustee, I am getting options for pickup and shipping.

Under My Account, don't click the "Change" link. Click the "Add Another Shipping Address" link. This will get two addresses in your book and you can get around the issue (hopefully).

This is driving me nuts. And it's not like the places that I've had bad customer service with are shoe-string operations at this point that can't afford a quality customer relations person.
