In Southern NY today and was in the Horseheads area, always wanted to visit this brewery, appointments were finished and I thought, "What the heck?!" What a cool experience, a two man operation, hung out with the brewer/owner and his assistant, sampled seven or eight different beers that were on tap, and talked beer. Ed (owner/brewer) brought out a small sample of Domination Ale (which is the main reason I went there) to taste it BEFORE he transferred it to the bourbon barrels which was pretty cool since it's the only barley they do and it's barrel aged so it was a rare treat to experience the before and after. He mentioned he really liked NN and I happened to have two in my trunk which I packed for the trip and never got to so I gave them both bottles. 'Bought several bottles to bring home and a growler of the IPA for a tasting at Millerbuffoon's on Friday night. I enjoyed their beers prior to my visit (especially the IPA) and I'm even more impressed after trying several today that were nothing less than solid. So here's to Ed & Ryan, I tip this glass to you guys - brew on!

(Sorry for the long explanation, it was just a great experience and a great way to end the work day before the long drive back to PA, 'made the trip more fun!)

I didn't have a R. C. cola handy, so the Nectar stood in. I'm giving it two thumbs up.

[/quote] I really dig the Sullivan Stout. I've been meaning to drop by the brewery; after reading your post I'm thinking I really need to check it out.

With all the talk of a new Victory Saison coming out I grabbed one of these from downstairs. No date anywhere on the bottle. Think the case is dated best by April ?? 2013. Still a good beer but age has not really helped or hurt. It did foam out a bunch on opening and is a bit under carbonated and no lacing. At under $40 a case its a great beer.

    Enjoy

And you know what? First day Peeper's on shelves here, and the batch was bottled in mid-October. I am not a mathemascientologist, but it has been more than 90 days.

Not my first time trying ZD, but finally had the time to give it a proper review. Now onto this:

Simply one of the best DIPA I have ever had (now on my second 4 pack). Great news that they have started bottling it. If you are in DE or MD, do yourself a favor and grab a four pack. Cheers!
