I bought two sets... so.... nearly $280 for 6 bottles. I still have one set and would buy them again if given the opportunity.

Saw Rare for $75 the other day - I passed.

I guess Fruet @ $35 would be the most expensive bottle I've actually purchased.

I've spent A LOT on several bottles of beer over the years. My biggest question, respectfully, is why this topic comes up from time to time. Do YOU really care what I spend on MY beer? Seriously. No one asks what I spend on milk, of lettuce or even my latest sports coat or what I spent on my car. Why would what one spends on a bottle of beer matter to a stranger? I truly don't get it. (And, of course, here I am responding.......!)

I spent 20 Euros for a 12oz bottle of Brew Dog Tokio. I think I got ripped off but I had no idea at the time. Hated it too, wasn't big into beers back then. I'd probably appreciate it a lot more today... I've only seen it once for sale in the states and I don't recall the price, but a lot cheaper. Maybe $12-13 for the bottle. Still probably not worth it.

Retail, I guess $45-$60 for different vintages and oxidation levels (gold, silver, bronze) of Xyauyu. However, the site we use to not be able to talk about and in side deals w/ people a couple hundred easily for rarities. Hell, one year I drove 6 hours all through the night to a shitty town named Portsmouth, arriving at 5:30am. w/ no sleep for a suppose 6am. release, for them to tell me they decided to release the beer at like 4am. and were sold out. Obviously, I snapped in the pouring rain and proceeded to yell, break my umbrella on the hood of some random person's car, scare the shit out of the brewery guy at the door, and ended up paying $200 for 2 bottles and give up a Chaotic Chemistry for a 3rd. to a funny guy that looks like Quentin Tarantino named Tony. In the end, I vowed never to attend the release again, especially after watching some old, overweight, lumberjack looking dude that brews beer try to pickup a bunch of college girls. Oddly enough this release does not happen anymore.

$20 for a Juliet. Not sorry I did it even tho' it wasn't my favorite. I wouldn't mind spending somewhere in this price range every couple of months depending on what I want to explore.
