I guess I was referring more to trade value (despite the bottle count). Up until somewhat recently, it was always easier to trade for DDG than it was for CC/IP. I do agree, that bottle counts seem to indicate that IP and DDG are are silimar, but 1-2 years ago it was alot easier to trade for DDG than IP. CC has always historically been a harder trade than DDG.

Just my observation but the demand for DDG seems higher than IP. That's only going to increase it's value.

Yep, I noticed that too. DDG tastes better than Izzy too, but both are very, very good.

I totally agree. I traded DDG + 1 for CC and DDG +2 for IP last year.

It could be that Isabelle was more valuable back then because it came out a year (approximately?) before. That made a difference at the time, but 4-5 years later it is more negligible.

My impression of DDG was that it really nailed about a Hanssens quality gueuze.. take that as you will. Would I trade for it again? No.

CC '10 was never released outside of on site consumption?

After posting my original iso:ft here I was contacted by a BA this morning and have a trade worked out. I actually think it was more elpful having it in here since the thread was continually bumped an stays on page one.

Yeah, I noticed that too. DDG has grown to a certified whale in the last 12-18 months.

A couple years back me and Overlord were making it rain with DDG's at Beachwood for only $25. We must of had a case over a few months...

I actually BIF'd my DDG to a great trading partner who had it as his number one want (coincidentally it had been given to me by an extremely generous trader here). I have had it numerous times and thought it better to have someone else try it.

That said, if anyone has an extra empty bottle, please let me know as I was planning on keeping mine if I had opened it

As for CC, I finally was able to get one after a couple years of searching/ISO'ing one. Took a 375 Blab + FF (and he gave fantastic and plentiful CA extras that made up the cost difference). I was happy, he was happy.

DDG is one of the few beers I've always wanted, just for the bottle art! :stuck_out_tongue: However, even with my "Canadian Shelf Cantillon" access, I doubt I could score one, unless I offered like $100+ worth of Fou'Foune...
