It was fantastic on draft. I hope that translates to fantastic in bottles.

In a sad related story update, there were unfortunately no survivors :slight_frown:. We Michiganders mourn the loss of this first of many waves of invading cockroaches Chicagoan beer enthusiasts.

The Chicago crew is deep indeed at the brewery. I think I now know the reason why Derrick Rose is taking the season off.

    Derrick Rose, meet Shane Stant.
Like 1994 in Detroit all over again.

Just don't burn down the brewery on accident with those tent fires.

Might not be a bad thing..Then they can build a building big enough to hold bigger tanks and more bottling machines to meet demand...:grimacing:

Makes sense, since the 6 oz bottles of '07 Raspberry Eisbock were $13. Double the volume, plus a little inflationary price increase = $30.

Great work on the pictures! If all of that was the Blueberry Eisbock, looks like ~240 bottles?

The boxes of KBE say 12 x 500 ml. If that is correct, $30 for a 500ml bottle KBE doesn't sound too far off.

The bottles say 375ml, not 500ml.

Right, but those aren't actually 500ml bottles in those boxes. "12 oz specialty bottles" per their Facebook page.

Their habitual low fills on the 375s will yield about 12 oz. :astonished:

So no word on the one other "special bottle" will be? I'm suprised this hasn't come up yet?
