My apologies. The ladyfriend holds some odd notion that today is important, which precluded me from making a post in here, but I have been told that the package has landed seemingly intact at my parents house, though I will unfortunately not be able to post a picture until I pick it up in a few days.

Not a problem. Was just worried the fedex guy or a neighbor decided they needed a box of beer more than you

I have eight bottles set aside for this 4 wants (3.96, 4.41,4.44 and 4.46) and four similar beers not distributed to his state. The wants remaining are tough but there are three more slots to fill in the 12 bottle shipper. One slot for swag if you're questioning my math.

Just bought 3 more bottles for my target. I think I am going to end up in the 175-200 oz range. Depends how my beer store trip goes tomorrow.

I should have pictures up late tomorrow night. Sorry again for the delay.

Another hint: My box will be regional heavy, but mostly by breweries that don't distribute far, and certainly not to my targets state. That being said, my target apparently has, or has tried just about every sour or saison worth their weight, so on top of the wants I have been able to acquire, one of the bottles is going to be a do over. Fortunately, they gave this beer a perfect score, so that should keep it from being too much of a disappointment.

So does the first haul kinda set the bar for the rest of the BIF? I'm anxious to see what's in store.

If that's the case I hope it doesn't disappoint

My box will be heading out on Monday (pending any weather concerns) to a place that was the birthplace of an actor whose career peaked roughly 23 years ago.

    Cheers!

Since I am posting the first haul, I suppose the bar will be set pretty high.

    HF- Arthur, Clara, E.
    Crooked Stave- Saison
    Captain Lawrence- Hops and Roses
    Weyerbacher- Sour Black
    Cascade- Sang Noir
    Bruery- Oude Tart
    Perennial- Peach Berlinerweiss
    Jester King- RU-55

Tons of wants and only two that I have (or could have) access to locally, so this is definitely a killer box. SteveC, thank you very much, and I apologize for the delay to all of you itching to see the first haul.

Glad you like the box. When I checked the distribution at the beginning of the Bif I was positive that perennial didnt distribute to you. Now I see that I was wrong, my bad on that.
