Starting off this Sunday night with this and it tastes like a German chocolate cake and coffee.

So my boss made me buy a beer from his favorite brewery to use on my blog. I did because a) he's just tickled that we finally have something to talk about and b) because he pays me.

I am SO glad that he doesn't actually read anything I write because this was the foulest thing I have every drank. Hands down.

Thanks - Greg, R.I.P. :slight_frown: We have a bunch of his stuff on video/iTunes/DVD/(blah blah...media format)...my wife and I have watched them all multiple times over and still laugh as hard as the first time. He is missed by many and (IMO) ranks right up there as one of the best.

Yep, blame that cookie on my kids; anything with alot of sugar in it they hoard which isn't much different than their dad except it's in a can or bottle as opposed to a wrapper. (!!!) I was a little taken back in the beginning at how bold it is but as I get half way through everything starts to blend and the porter aspects starts to come through more, in the beginning it comes across more as a stout. It's definitely an interesting beer and I wish I had more than just this one can. Surprisingly, for 10%, the alcohol, though detectable in the beginning (just a little), overall is well hidden (which could be dangerous if you're not careful). It's definitely worth a try. I agree with Hanzo's comments from the other day, this Sixpoint ranks as one of my favorites from them as well.
