Ive been tasting and trying different brews for upwards of 8 or 9 years now. I may not have the time in between family and work to put together a worthy review sometimes but try to keep up. Every brew that i try is never forgotten in my mind.
I love reading about beer and learning about beer as more than just a drink.
I have a Decent collection of bottles ( New and Antique ) which continues to expand every year. Many from Quebec, Belgium and Germany.
I also i have a solid selection of books as well as numerous editions of beer advocate and Taps Magazine which are always fun to look back on as the years pass.
The one book that i found really got me into trying new beer was "Beers of the world" by David Kenning.
A few beers that really got me interested in Craft beer were "Eau Benite" Unibroue, Big Rock "grasshopper", and Wellington "Special Pale Ale."
Beer is a fun and enjoyable drink with a landscape of brewers and styles that stretches the globe continually evolving bringing forth new and wonderful experiences and i look forward to continuing my journey through the world of beer!
