I live in Rockford. Your best bet for Half Acre in the area is Artales, Woodmans, and depending on how far north he is, Everetts in South Beloit....

Grabbed a DDC 4 pack at Woodman's in Rockford today for $13.99. Down side was it was 1 4 pack pere person. Enough for me to enjoy.

If you're taking 90 north thru Rockford, take the Riverside exit and head to Woodman's about 2 miles off the interstate. They have 20+ cases left.
Having said that, I'm sure that there's some good liquor stores in Rockford, which is a short drive over the border. I don't know Rockford well...
Not sure how, but I got one. Not sure when next week I'll pick it up, but am going to avoid the snow and cold Sunday makes it worth the extra money.
