I, like a lot of people, love hops. IPA's and DIPA's provide a bitter "toxicity" that I just can't get enough of. Thick, full-bodied brews with a little malty sweetness are my weakness. I do prefer the West Coast fruitiness- Lagunitas, Stone, Sierra Nevada, Ballast Point, Green Flash. Founder's (MI) also. Yes I do love Bell's Hopslam. On the other side, Smuttynose Big A IPA. Southern Tier. Victory and Troeg's. As far as complexity, Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout is exostential. I love variety in food and beer, so I guess I am a ticker (not necessarily a bad thing). I have 2 notebooks of reviews that I am too lazy too copy onto the site. But everybody's tastes are different, so I don't put too muck stock in reviews- there has to be someone out there who likes Cave Creek Chili beer. I think.
