I brew Ginger Tipple, in Antwerp's only completely gluten-free brewery producing an organic alcoholic (9%) ginger beer.

The drink is based on organic sugars, mineral water, fresh ginger, yeast, hops and some natural flavours, After the second fermentation in the bottle, the unpasteurized Ginger Tipple is naturally effervescent and golden colored with a citrus and ginger aroma that leaves a refreshing zing on the palette. When left to age, the Ginger Tipple matures and the ginger develops more of a kick which warms up the rear of the palette.

The brewery is certified Kosher for Passover by the OK.
