While lacing and mouth feel are important components to consider when making a purchase, one must contemplate the opportunity cost involved in the purchase of beer, or any product for that matter. Is it worth it? The price, the calories, or the other beer forgone in order to make the purchase?
Beer is as diverse as the twelve tribes of Israel, and as such, must be rated according to it's relative genre and price category. Is it worth it? Once? Indefinitely? Or whenever the mood presents itself?
It is my sincere hope that I can offer some consumer advocacy in the context of beer economics.
