Taste/consumption leans very heavily in favour of lambic/gueuze, sour/wild, and saisons. Essentially: Farmhouse and wild first. Fresh hops + rich and pitch black second. Abbey beers next.
Zero interest in pumpkin beers, winter warmers, or cream ales. I regularly drink a very wide range of styles, but have very little passion for most hefeweizens, light lagers, barleywines, smoked beers, scotch ales, reds/browns, or straight-up English styles.
General wants? Anything that I don't have access to from Side Project, de Garde, Grimm, Holy Mountain, Block 15, Upright, Jester King, SARA, Modern Times, Tired Hands, Other Half, Cantillon, Trillium, Treehouse, New Glarus, Drie Fonteinen, Logsdon, Ale Apothecary.
Cantillon Mamouche, LPK, LPG, etc.
3F Hommage, Framboos, Zenne, A&T.
Upright Fantasia, Sole Comps, seasonals.
Alpine Kiwi & Chez.
Alchemist Crusher & Focal Banger.
Aaron Burr ciders.
Also, glassware: Prairie Dino, Bellwoods Motley Cru, Ale Apothecary, de Garde etc
