Also it was pretty nice to see my alma mater (Boise State) beat Colorado State tonight. This new coach from Gonzaga has really turned the program around. Hope to see them in the tourney this year ...

    Cheers!

Minus the guitar (mine is upstairs), we match! So good. And the Big Bang theory is a nice compliment.

Schlafly Irish Style Extra Stout....Have some Urban Chestnut Brewing STLIPA and FW Union Jack IPA cold too...waiting on my pizza to finish and enjoying a Saturday night after a busy day of Pinewood Derby with my son, and Ice Skating with our kids after a 12 mile run. Think I've earned it.

It's an enigma of flavors, but I don't mean by the meaning of weird. Rather I'm describing that the flavors are somewhat offset, yet this seem to work. Unlike my impression of Tart Of Darkness, which I felt stepped away from its stout flavors, this honors the stout with toasty malts, a tad of bitterness with a little chocolate yet introduces sourness. That being said, name totally makes sense.

    I'm listening to this:

Yet musically this may be the more appropriate being a mix of two music styles:

Grabbed a bomber of the New Belgium Rampant. Very soapy and oniony. Dry, but decent.

For starters I thought I would go with a old favorite that I always keep aging in the Cellar, this is one beer I really enjoy to watch evolve! This particular bottle is from 2011.

    Cheers everyone!
