Tonight's line up... Starting with a nugget nectar then a Pliny elder and finish up with a Heady Topper. Hell of a line up thank you to all fellow BA that have helped me acquire these gems

Clearly Iron Throne. Sorry for no picture, I can't get it to work. I'd also enjoy Zombie dust for walking dead if I could get it down here!

Brought Duvel to Easter dinner - man, that beer is the best. It pairs with everything, too: was delicious with cheese, ham, roast beef, lasagna, potato - you name it. Never disappoints.

Brought along a couple of Courage Imperial Russian Stouts, but I was having zero fun and didn't wanna waste them.
Got 'em home with me now.

For what its worth, in my opinion, this 2012 vintage is excellent drinking immediately. It should age with the best of 'em (the bottle says you can let it mature for up to 13 years), but I remember buying a bottle last year (2011 vintage) with maybe 6 months on it, and it had a much thinner feel and even slightly astringent taste.
This is the way its supposed to be - a smooth-drinking, decadent and elegant beer.

    Cheers!

I got them both yesterday just for that reason. Was gonna do side-by-aide, but glad I didn't. I like the chocolate with the hot pepper combos, but think it can go overboard easily. I just think the Sombrero didn't hide the alcohol very well, other than that it was tasty.
