    It doesn't suck to be drinking sucks. 55 in cleveland ohio this time of year is like summer. I would show a picture but i'm stupider than my phone. Damn smartphones!

    Evening folks having a bunch of barrel aged beers tonight, Petrus aged pale, red brick 17th anniversary, Hitachino nest extra hi, Hebrew funky jewbelation and Sam Adams 13th hour, well deserved after a13 hour day, hoppy Easter and... . CHEERS ALL !!!

    Tonight:

    Very nice Pale ale. Lots of citrus and peach hops with biscuity/caramel/lightly nutty malts that are very balanced.

    YES, DELICIOUS. loaded with flavor; lightly funky. Lemon, pear, apple, orange, grass, straw, wheat, with tons of pepper/clove yeast esters with a fairly earthy feel. Dupont = Saison experts. I'd be down to make a table beer with that yeast too.

    Fantastic Tripel! Loaded with peach, lemon, pear and tropical fruit complexity. Fair amount of peppery spice, but the huge fruity complexity isn't cloying at all. I've been putting this one off for too long.
