    Thoughts and prayers to everybody in Boston today. One of my lifelong best friends was at the Red Sox game with a group of people, and after it ended they happened to stop for a drink on the way to the marathon finish line. Luckily they were still in the bar when the explosion happened...

    Evening BA. In Denver this week for business, so I hit up a local shop and picked up a bomber of Wookie Jack

    Which is awesome! Bottled about 5 weeks ago, and the tropical fruit punched me in the face when I poured it. Really wish I could find this in Baltimore with less than 6 months of age on it. :slight_frown: I also made a mix 6 of beers I can't get back home that I'll be working through during the week.     Needed to calm down with a Smuttynose Baltic Porter.

    A neighbor of mine was in the Marathon. Fortunately, no where near the finish line at 2:50.

    Phenomenal day of spring skiing followed by a couple of Harpoon IPA's on the deck afterwards. The mood was since dampened by the news out of Boston so I'm raising my Heady now in honor of them. Having grown up around there I have way too many family/friends who run or spectate each year. Fortunately all are well.
