    Homebrewed Rauchbier. The BJCP set would probably love this one; I, personally, think it's too "flavorful" to drink 5 of. Got to reduce the CaraMunich II malt next time so I can drink more...because more is better. Prost!

    Is it my imagination, or is this beer better (fresh) than the other years? Super smooth, elegantly bourbon-ized, so rich, so deep in flavor; silky smooth and just a *tinge* of alcohol... oh, baby... :sunglasses:

    Calls for some metal... Raise the volume, people!

    Metallica (pre-sell-out) - my personal favorite album: Ride the Lightning - hey, a metal album whose theme is death. Beat that!

    Yeah, that's what I thought... :wink:
