    This is tasty but I wish I would have given it more time in the cellar, the hops haven't faded much. Had it on tap a few weeks ago and it tasted absolutely amazing the barrel character seemed much more pronounced. Do kegs age differently than bottles?

    Ventured over the border to WI today looking for NG's new thumbprint, Berliner Weiss. Guess it has not gotten that far west yet, but picked up some Raspberry Tart and Serendipity! Also, random 4 pk of Founder Imp Stout hanging out on a shelf that the employee found tucked away in the cooler he cleaned out the night before, SCORE!!

    Wyatt and I were so excited to drink this that he nearly cut himself getting the wax off and then actually broke the top of the bottle during the opening. Awesome beer. One of my favorite imperial stouts.
