    Next onto my homebrew Wit, bottle number 2. Still not carbed enough at a little over a week (9 days) in bottle conditioning. Good news is, it's tracking the right direction, from a grade of C- to C now.

    Ya know New Glarus has a lot of so so beers, even with how much they're love. Spotted Cow is middle of the road. However, Dancing Man is not one of those underachieving NG, it's fantastic . . . likely my favorite Hef!!!

    Yay for appropriate glass! I love this glass. The black-gradient color on the bottom is awesome, but you can't see it when it's full.
