    Yes I do! Stone Dayman Coffee IPA, Hop Shock IPA, and one more surprise in the fridge for tomorrow. She told me my birthday week was starting today and we are off to a great start!

    Ended a long week and a long night by sharing the new 765ml GI Sofie and batch 1 uncle Jacobs with my wife and we are hitting the hay. Ice cream cones followed. Magic shell was involved. sorry no pix of beer, ice cream, or wife. More beer tomorrow, sleep now.

    Seriously great IPA. Thanks for bottle dating now DH, this is significantly more impressive than the last couple times I've had it.

    1 YO Devil Dancer. Last years batch was significantly better than the previous ones I had. That being said, this is holding up very nicely. Very well balanced and tasty sipper.

    Homebrew Oatmeal Porter rocks. Water chem is still the key to making my best beers.

    @water chem, this has long been my suspicion. now that my brewing partner is moving into a big ass house and (i think) redoubling his efforts @ homebrewing, i'm hoping we'll start hitting water chem (and fermentation temp control) much harder. myself, i live in small spaces and write recipes. i'm the greg koch of homebrewing, i admit it ._.

    even back when i was still mad about flat angel's share, my deep sour cherry love prevented me from hating on lost abbey that much, because red poppy is so fucking good. pricy, but you get what you pay for.
