I'll play this game. Hint: I am shipping to a state with the letter N in it.

 

I found a canned good that's made in my state. Hint: It's the musical fruit.

 

Hint #3: I've never been to my target's state but I have been to at least 2 bordering states

 

Hint #3 - Your states welfare recipient per capita sits between 1.00-2.00 for every 100 people.

Hint #4: My target has at least one person in their avatar.

Hint #6: At least one former US president lists my target's state as their home state on Wikipedia.

 

My target dodged a bullet. One of the cans I was going to buy for my target is no longer in the mix. New doesn't always equal good. I found that out last night on draft. It was brutal, and it will not be making the voyage. I may stick to canned brews that I've actually tried now because of it. I will however be scanning Chicago tomorrow for great cans and additional surprises. Big purchase day tomorrow to get this box together in the near future.

Hint #3 My targets state has a coastline

 

I currently have 300-oz of various beer styles (since my target doesn't list "likes/dislikes" in his/her profile)...all regionally local & all in cans! I'm hunting for a couple more cans, but I'll be throwing in a couple of bottled "wants" as well. Just waiting on the canned snack to arrive...

 

Hint: I'm watching HBO right now. My box is in transit to a place relatively close to where this event I am watching was taped.

 

My vacation has begun! Made my first stop a couple of hours ago at a certain NE Florida brewery. While I was there I picked up 864 oz. of delicious craft beer in cans. I won't be sending all of that to my target, but i bet some of it will be making a trip in a FedEx truck in about a week.

 

It's so quiet in here this weekend. Everyone is too busy drinking? I know I was.

This brings me to my final hint. The parent company of this incorrect guess is headquartered in my target's city.
