    While everyone else is cooking I thought I'd open this. I didn't have much faith over the last year+ but it's really starting to come into its own and the herbs are dying down. I did it more now that I have previously. Too bad I have about 6 more bottles and I chose the one being properly cellared because I wanted one cold :/

    Just got back from a local brewfest. Flat 12 killed it with a 23 yr Pappy Van Winkle aged stout and a Rye stout aged in rye whiskey barrels. They also started a coaster war with Sun King, overall a good time.
