I would have an actual cellar installed and it wouldn't be for wine.

A beer cellar for sure. Travel the country for those breweries I have only had a taste of (Great Lakes, New Glarus, Oskar Blues).

I'd probably buy a vacation home in Belgium after moving to the Chicago burbs, then go swim in Cantillon and Westy on the reg...and try my hand at home brewing...in hopes of one day opening my own brewpub.

I'd hold a contest for homebrewers and open breweries for three winners with the best beer. They'd have to supply me with their awesome brews free for life. The gift that keeps on giving...

Buy all rights to Keystone, Budlight, and Coors Light. Replace their mass production and bottling of "beer" with piss mixed with water (piss-water) so their consumers finally understand exactly what they are drinking. Lastly, hire a very very good lawyer.

I would buy a nice house with a old 18th century type cellar to age beer. I would also go on a Great American beer tour. I would fly to the east coast rent a car and traveling from east to west coast seeing the land and picking up and tasting some of the best regional brews this country has to offer

Honestly.. I'd put together a huge brew fest!! I'd invite everyone on this site to it.. Friggin $600 million.... shit I'd pay for everyone to come out too.. I'm never gonna spend all that money... And there's nothing I love to do more than party!! Lol... And we'd have a blast.. It would be epic...

Spend a month or two in Belgium and the rest of Europe on a beer pilgrimage and bring a shit ton of Westy and other hard to find stuff back, then travel the US and reel a bunch of whales in then build a big ass cellar to store everything.

Buy back the Stroh's brand, build a shiney new facility for in Detroit, and brew it according to the pre-prohibition recipe.

I'd basically do what Anthony Bourdaine does but with bars and breweries in Europe and the U.S.A. for....well, basically until I get bored of it. Maybe make some donationsto various breweries, maybe buy some stock in Boston Beer Co.

    I don't know....other stuff, probably.

I'd probably buy that Evil Twin bottle I've had my eye on.

    (Kidding -- love those guys.)

I'll echo the beer trip idea. I would love to go to Belgium and to revisit Germany (I went in 2008, but I wasn't as into craft beer at that time and didn't seek out the beers that I now would).

Also, I've had a coffee shop/bookstore/beer store idea rattling around in my head for years, so maybe that.

You could and have enough money to buy a stake in many other small breweries. $300mil goes along way, not forgetting that you would have investments that would also be earning a return.

Set up a home-brewing friend with a brewery ... the guy makes amazing stuff, so good, and I'd shift him a few pieces of money to get him up and running.

(and since I'd need a new job, I'd name myself a vice president of his brewery in charge of tasting)

Yeah it would be cool to reward some people who have a real passion for the actually brewing side of beer. I am more into the drinking aspect and wish there was a few more stand-out breweries in my state.
