    The American Golden Ale was solid, the IPA not so much. This is probably the best of the three from Foolproof imo. Cheers.

    Bottled a APA earlier this afternoon, then had some Ribs and Morel mushrooms. After that this happened, the pic is my brother transferring from secondary to bottling bucket.

    That is a Two Hearted clone, here is my half of the take.... and yes I am nerdy enough to have saved all my 6 pack holders so that when I brew a beer I have the correct packaging!

    And now that all the dishes are done and my brother and his wife have gone home I thought I would unwind with an appropriate treate

    It was solid. I enjoyed it. I ran out and looked at the bottle date after I saw your post. It had a batch no. of 2 20 2013. I'm not sure if that's the bottle date or enjoy by date, but it was good. Not quite the same level as FBS, but if this was available in my distro area, I'd buy it again.

    Made it down to Hans' German Sausage & Delicatessen. A Polish and mustard/rosemary-crusted potatoes (and Brussels sprouts). Went well with a Hilliard's Saison.

    Had the golden ale and the porter tonight myself. The porter did shine. I'll still give the IPA a shot, even thought I haven't heard good this but the porter will likely still be the best. Cheers.

    Tasty little brew. In the world of super hopped NW IPAs it's not going to stand out, but for a more traditional IPA/modern APA, just going on the binary: do you enjoy it; yes I do enjoy it.
    And of course, since my brother and my former roommate are both firefighters, there's that too.
