    Started with a friend's homebrewed Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Ale, then a Evil Twin / Stillwater / Stone "The Perfect Crime", & now moving on to my last can of Tallgrass Ethos IPA. Today has been good so far! More excitement to follow!

    any parent who had to take their kiddo (4 yo) to an optical store and wait for hours as the one sole person behind the counter finally would do the fitting/take measurements, knows why I dove into my beer fridge as soon as I came home and grabbed a comfort beverage.

    Resin: the salve for all that ails (ales) me....

    I've been using my time much more wisely lately, so when I saw the label on the beer as I rummaged through the available brews I knew I had found the perfect beer for this evening.

    This happened 15 hours ago and again 6 hours ago sans the coffee...

    Back home visiting family and I figured now was the perfect time to do a sampler of the up-and-comers from the great state of Wisconsin. Started of with these two. The Madtown Brown is decently tasty, but the Hopalicious blew my expectations away. Very well balanced and citrusy - Delicious!
