    Night cappers:

    This embodies what a Dubbel should be in my eyes. Big spicy esters with just the right amount of dark malt complexities. Outstanding all of the damn time.

    Having my second Devils Backbone Eight Point IPA of the evening.

    We stopped at their "Outpost" brewery when my wife spotted them on a "nearby attractions" sign on Route 81 as we drove home from vacation this afternoon.

    So I was supposed to start clinicals tomorrow morning (at 6am. AWESOME!). Instead I had to go to the ER today to find out I have "probably conjunctivitis (pink eye)"
    which is 'probably' really super contagious. So I don't get to go start clinicals tomorrow. Plus I don't have my insurance card so the paying for it part is going to be SO MUCH FUN YOU GUYS!
    The good news? I don't have to get up at the ass end of dawn tomorrow to go hang out on the neuro ward (actually I was legit looking forward to that), and I get to sleep in. Also I have a tasty beer that I bought because it was on sale (but not old!) and got home to find out it's super tasty as well.
    Also I haven't eaten anything yet today, so that might explain my... well... you know.
    So I shall be quaffing my cool kids drink while spiritually skanking along to a song about getting to sleep in.
