Defective unit removed!!! Already killed 3 cups of jello, my first "food" since Thursday. I'm ready to head over to Greywulfken's place and destroy his cheese plate.:stuck_out_tongue: Thank you all very much for all the great thoughts, I truly appreciate them. Looking forward to participating in next weeks NBS! See y'all then.

    Greetings all!

Checking in a bit late with the Gigantic IPA from Portland, OR. A decent brew, perhaps a bit heavy on the caramel for my taste, but I'd have it again.

A busy few weeks here in mid-summer, I have parents doing 80th birthday parties, and 20-somthing children doing whatever they need dad to help with, usually moving. But the weather is nice, hot for some but I'll take all the heat you have, and I still squeeze in a golf game or two every week, so life is good.

The DBF is out of new beers as of today, except for some home brew which doesn't count, so I'll have to venture out this week in search of some new bottles.

    Happy Trails!

Tonight's beer is Spring House Big Gruesome Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. After a couple so so fruit infused pales from the brewery, this is really impressive. The peanut butter aroma is huge. All the flavors and the stout get to shine.

Most recent in Kane's Corked and Caged series, Morning Bell. An imperial milk porter brewed with local coffee. My god is this thing a coffee bomb. I think I found the only beer I'd actually drink in the morning. Finally got an excuse to use my new BCBS snifter as well. Cheers!

Hey Ya'll. Yesterday, tried a two hearted for the first time and thought it was a good, balanced IPA. It is a style that is not one of my top favorites, But I am trying to get into it
