    First El Catador ONLY release!!! Woo-hoo! 2012 Good Gourd (the EC only draft) on a taster with Good Gourd 2013 for comparison. Nice spice, nearly pepper, notes on the '12. I did not think that would age as well or I would have save more than one bottle from last year! The Gourdy-ness is mellow and a bit sublime in the aged compared to fresh also. Life is good. Also pictured Pineapple Lager (pineapple bomb) and peach IPA (one of the better variations on this I have tried). Cheers and Happy Friday!

    This is the 2009 Edition: A classic American RIS but perhaps "too booze", what you guys think?

    I cooked down some fresh blueberries with a splash of water, some sugar and vanilla extract.

    I strained it and then added about 6 tablespoons of the mixture to 1/2 of a BCBS and it is good as hell!!!

    Green wax was 2010. The last one I had was much improved. The sweetness was tamed down considerably. Cheers!

    Injected them with Tony Chachere's Creole Butter and then brushed with olive oil then a generous sprinkle of Tony Chachere's Cajun Shake. then after 3 hr's in the smoker i Brushed with my homemade BBQ Sauce. They are pretty freaking good.
