$44 for a Cantillon Lou Pepe Gueuze 2009 vintage about two months ago. Not quite sure how unreasonable this was price-wise, but it was the first Cantillon bottle I encountered in person so I was obviously pulling the trigger.

You're right. I quoted 12 bucks for mine, but that was really a guess. Probably closer to 20 with tax.

$19.25 after tax for CBS. I've never crossed the $20 mark for a single. Just haven't been able to bring myself to do so. The next time Cantillon shows up in town, the line will be crossed. If it happens.

I really don't see you spending $1000 if you stay within DE, but if you venture into MD that might change things (according to distribution on seekabrew). You really should shoot down to Ocean City and Burley Oak (best local MD brewery that doesn't distribute) while you are in the region though. Also, you might want to hit up State Line Liquors in MD since it is fairly close. DFH was a lot of fun and the first brewery I visited. Their distilled spirits are great and you should get the Antelope Sliders (real, antelope meat) at the brewpub. Finally, don't forget the vintage and exclusive beers there. Have fun!

I will be hitting several stores along the way. Better safe then sorry. Three cases of 120 alone.

Oh, yeah you will get a good deal at the brewery. I don't go hard like that and can barely imagine buying three cases of any one beer. Make sure to get it at the brewery since it is cheapest there. Yeah, I saw you gave 120 a 5. Now you can enjoy it at every stage in the aging.

Spent $130 on 6 bombers (almost $22 each) recently on the Westbrook BA MCs at the release. I have only opened 1 so far and trying to make that money stretch out as long as possible. I used to be stingy with my beer money, but you do have to throw out a bit more for the really good stuff!
