I was at Homer Brewing in Homer, Alaska and St. Elias in Soldatna, Alaska last week. I really wanted to get to Midnight Sun, but, alas, it wasn't in the cards.

Excellent. You can check out my reviews if you want, and he usually keeps their facebook page updated with what's on tap. Plus you can call and check.

Just got back to OCMD from a day trip to Dogfish Head. Also stopped for a late lunch at the brewpub in Rehoboth Beach and picked up a bottle of '06 Olde School Barleywine.

My buddies and I went on a PA brewery road trip this past weekend which was pretty awesome.

    First stop was Troegs:

Then we hit Pizza Boy for dinner. That row of TVs above the bar is their tap list:

We crashed there for the night, and in the morning drove to Easton to check out Weyerbacher (which was unmarked, off the road, and basically just an open garage door. Food was a bowl of pretzels, and they only served small tasters of their beer... but for free):

On our way back, we stopped at the Victory brewpub for dinner (which was huge, and the food was pretty amazing):

All in all, had a great time.

I drive by Weyerbacher every day on the way home from work. I stop in on Friday evenings when the beer fridge is getting a little low. Free tastings and they will mix a case with as many different brews as are available that day. I picked up some Heresy and Imperial Pumpkin Ale to make black and orange's. Delicious.

We stop at Dogfish Head every time we are in DE. Its free and you get 4 samples at the end! Hard to stay away from the gift shop though, always leave broke, BUT with lots of awesome beers and stuff. When we toured on 8-7-13 we were told that there had been a chemical spill and that we would have to leave. Bummer until...Sam Calagione was in the parking lot! It was my wife's birthday and we got autographs and pictures with him. He was so friendly and upbeat considering that the fire dept. was there. Amazing

I just went down for a long weekend with my girlfriend at her parrents home in St. Louis, and went for a tour at AB. It was interesting to see such a big place, and I just stopped listening whenever they talked about quality. It actually was interesting to see the grounds and see such large equipment, but this is definatly the only your where I didn't finish the beer at the end. I had a stella and it was undrinkable. Glad I got to see the scale of their production though.

Went to Foothill's Brewing last week while on a motorcycle trip. Staff was friendly and beers were very good. Off to HF tomorrow and the Alchemist on Thursday to get my fix and hook-up some deserving BA's. Not a brewery but had dinner at Armsby Abbey in Worcester, MA tonight - one of the best craft bars/restaurants in New England. They had The Bruery Bois on tap - WOW!

FFF about three months ago - great food, lousy brewery tour. Revolution Brewing (good beer, tour eh), Goose Island - standing in a tank room for 10 minutes, then the tasting room, so not much of a tour. Green Flash about 3 weeks ago - that was a blast. Nice place, awesome tasting bar, good people.
