    Just opened and am writing up a review of Stillwater Classique here in a hotel room in northern NY. Traveling for work this week. Either way, this is a tasty brew.

    Classique is tits, y'all. You can slam this from the can when it's ice cold, or you can let it warm and take it slowly, with proper glassware and all that jazz. In either case, it's really damn satisfying.

    Clearly I don't care about dates and beers. I drink Parabola on a 90 degree summer night, and now I'm drinking an Oktoberfest beer in August. But you know what, this is a pretty damn good Oktoberfest.
