Ran across the Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Variety Pack at my beer store. Had to pick it up, I like almost all the Sierra Nevada Beers. Popped open the Sleight Of Hand-Beer Camp #94. I'm a little disappointed, it's good, but doesn't blow me away. I guess I was expecting more.

Nope. Got it in a trade. It's a nice O-Fest though. One of the better ones I've had.

Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous, the perfect combination of dark malts and hops. Have been wanting this one and finally found it nice and fresh today.

Neither a Raven nor a Bronco fan, but looking forward to a good game (...'tho I did pick Denver to win, and I do like Peyton... well, when he's not playing against one of my teams ).

    Cheers!

The lovely Southern Tier 2X Stout for the end of my day. May I add my love for this brewery and their beers? I know that they're very well known for Pumking, but they make a lot of great beers that deserve a mention every now and then. It's a solid brewery that I've never had a 'bad' beer from, and I feel the same way for Victory.

As Bill Murray said in 'Groundhog Day', "It was the end of a VERY long day.". A very pleasant end I may add.

    wachusett larry, now in cans.

unbelievable value, this beer. lots of hop depth, nice smooth grain flavor along with some sweetness, finishes really dry. if they don't make too much and have it sit on shelves this beer should be huge in MA / rest of wachusett footprint.
