damn nice stuff! A bit heavy on anise in the aromas, but the flavors showed a nice balance of chocolate, plum, raisin, dark candi sugar, pepper, and yeasty spiciness. Light tartness from anise on the finish was a nice touch.

Fricking fantastic! Lots of citrus and tropical fruit; with a fantastic bitter/sweetness balance. I had Unearthly a couple months ago, and this is way smoother and not as harsh. LOVE IT

Had a major lambic score today, so I'm celebrating by drinking some of them. In the glass is my second Tilquin gueuze. Scored a case of these guys today, who are accompanied by 4 bottles of Lambickx and six bottles of Cantillon Classic...and picked up some Maine Beer Co Peeper for good measure...wallet hurts, belly feels good!

Enjoying a bottle of Epic's Fermentation Without Representation. Might be the best pumpkin beer I've had.

Not too shabby, but mostly if not all 8oz pours with food and water, so not too bad. Been on a double digit ABV kick lately, so these seemed tame. Brute is fantastic.

Chocolate OA Yeti is my top beer out of the Lineup(and it was super fresh at the time too) Also in my top 5 best beers ever lol. I had a Regular Yeti last month though, that was a year old. Oh boy what an unbelievable beer. I try and keep some fairly aged Yeti on hand at all times. I currently have a March 2010 bomber sitting around waiting for my snifter, when I feel like it is time for some Yeti.

That was a nice collabo they did with DC Brau. That was one kick ass Pumpkin Porter.

Now onto a Sierra Nevada Beer Camp #8 California Common. Interesting, I can't say that I would want this all the time.

Just popped a Hopslam I just got in a box today. Not as good as I remember but even after a couple months it's still a tasty beer. Choosing between a Nosferatu, Palate Wrecker or Gumballhead next...
