    I never have IPAs in my fridge. Cuz if I buy it, its fresh, and if it's fresh, I drink it. That's just the way it is.

    Can you explain the importance/ obsession with Fresh IPA's? Don't misunderstand the question. I taste the value of quality IPA fresh /on tap. That said, you are not the first person that has implied that unless an IPA is super fresh it is not worth drinking. I have had some IPA's and DIPA's that where bottled/canned 10 months prior to me drinking them (kept refrigerated) and they tasted fine (perhaps not as good as they did 8 months earlier but still damn good. I thought the higher the ABV the longer beer would last and in some cases age improves them. Would appreciate your opinion.
