    My first sampling of 90 Minute IPA while I get dinner together. Wasn't sure with the first sip.. but I think it's growing on me. Bonus points for appropriate glassware?

    Can't speak for the beer (never tried it), but Live At Pompei is hands down the greatest musical performance that has graced this planet, IMO. And that cover of Echoes......the definite highlight of it all.

    I picked tonight as my first night trying my first Trappiste beer. I am a newb somewhat as it is, but really enjoyed "Trappistes Rochefort 10" tonight. Will be following it up with a Bells or Otter creek brew

    Both the 2012 and 2013 Old Stock Ales were sitting on the shelf next to each other.
    I'm calling such a phenomenon a "natural vertical."

    You can see that the 2013 kicked up more head. Beyond that it also had a little more of an alcohol presence.
    The 2012 presented a deeper, richer profile - smoother and slightly fruitier.
    Both unsurprisingly excellent.

    Hoping for a St. Louis upset of the Niners tonight ('cuz of my picks :wink:)...

    Course of Fate...

    Hop Manna is a great IPA, I just got mine at the brewery.
    If your interested grab one brewed in Clifton Park, they
    just opened their own brewery there, hence the Death of
    a Contract Brewer name they gave their Black IPA.
    DOACB is an excellent brew also, should be available soon.
