They should have been on the shelves here when they were fresh because I would have cleared the damn shelves of them.

Good grief. That may be my favourite of all of the Sierra Nevada beers.

Yeah. That really sucks. I wish I could take them to Stone Brewery and ask them to remake them, and I'll buy a bunch.

Was excited to find a bottle of Great Divide Fresh Hop on the shelves last fall right around the time all the harvest ales were showing up. Yep 2010. Horrible.

Also haven't checked the date, but we still have Avery on the shelves in one store in town. They stopped distributing to IN last summer. Who knows how long they were there before that?

I found some waxed dipped IPA's from Flossmoor at a local shop. It's been at least two years since they've waxed dipped em.

I found a 6pk of Grant's Perfect Porter at a podunk gas station in central Oregon a couple months ago. I was really, really tempted to buy it, but then I realized I don't need an undrinkable souvenir.

That's pretty normal for Port. Their bottles are always ancient. There isn't a steady flow of Mongo at all. My guy who gets 3 day old Pliny and moves beers FAST has 11/11 Mongo, lol.

Which is sad because fresh Mongo is one of my favorites. I wonder why this beer does not move ?

I found a 2007 Orval in a store on a remote Island on the East side of Michigan's Upper Penninsula. I gave it to the clerk and had him throw it out.

There's a bodega on 73rd and Columbus, NYC, that has had some random 750 of a Belgian dubbel I'd never heard of (and can't remember now) sitting in a little tucked-away nook since 2007. I always notice it, but I'm not about to cough up the $14 to buy it.

Most expired I bought was a Brewdog Paradox :slight_frown: Should have read about if before I bought it in the first place, and was bottled in 2007. And had to take a sixer of Brooklyn Brown back to the cooler at actually a really good beer place by me just the other day, that was a year past date. And worst tasting... I got a Baltika of whatever one is in the big plastic bottle and actually it wasn't that bad for being like 2.99, so I bought another one a few months later at a different place and it had been expired for a year. Yep that was undrinkable.
