I believe this is the 2nd batch and it will actually be fresh in Tx.

Oh nice! I had it close to a month ago in Kansas and figured any in Texas would be the same general batch

Okay, so I've only ever had 1 bcbs and it was a 2012. I liked it, and am saving one 2012 for a comparison with 2013. Is it something worth aging and skip the side by side on black Friday?

It's ages incredibly well. Seems like 5 years is about as long as you want to age.

I did a 5 year last Black Friday and the '08 was the best of the bunch.

I've heard 08 is teetering right now. As in, drink it soon. I've also heard 07 is falling off noticeably right now.

I'd like to try an 08, but 09 is my oldest. Also my favorite vintage I've tried.

They need to slow down. Quality over quantity.

They have been out for at least a week already now....I already have a bottle of the sleepy hallow at my place.

But, I guess these label approvals are from last week (and I got the bottle last monday?)

So far, everything that i have had from them has been good though.

The label approvals aren't instantly on the site... if they're not approved already, they will most likely be on next weeks' list. I know Chase had to resubmit a few things.

For instance I had Sleepy Hollow at Craft Pride almost 2 weeks ago and it's just on the list now.
