    I heard for the last two years that this was KBS or even a little better...not even close. Its a sold brew, but it just taste like a homebrewed version of KBS. Nice try oddside, better luck next year.

    OK BA! I'm thinking about food . . . and beer. I got a swell idea to make some Orzo and Arugula Salad with Lemon and Thyme. Gosh darn delicious is what it is. Can be served warm or cold. I served this with sixpoint resin and I would do it again! Cheers. :grinning:[​IMG] [​IMG]

    I can't help but ask, is culinary arts your profession? I love cooking but I always do it by the recipe book, nothing is in my head except for Beer Battered fish.

    No sir but eating sure is my profession. lolz. You ever need a recipe - you ask me. "The recipe book" is where I find all my recipes. This one was from a personal blog and tomorrows is from the new york times.

    Haha eating sure is a great profession. I did a fair amount of cooking, especially during my undergrad in Dietetics. We had a food lab and cooked everything from baked goods to bone marrow.
