    Yeah, I should've addressed that essential piece of advice. 1 year this is an unstoppable beast! I could never wait longer than a year, so I ask does it get better in two?

    Sippin a fres Daisy Cutter. Going to take it easy tonight. Bottling an imperial stout tomorrow and going to open a proprietors BCBS or a backyard BCBS. Suggestions?

    I should revisit this one. I must have had a bad bottle the last time I had it. It tasted like sweet malts. Back to basics, that tree image in the glass is other worldly!

    Well, my Okie State daughter had Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout at some bar-hopping thing she did in Stillwater the other night. She liked it. So I've procured sum Left Hand Milk Stout for tonight, just to see what she thinks about it.

    Balanced might not be the best description for it. Pretty heavy/hoppy beer. For a regular local DIPA, it's pretty good. I plan to keep it in the fridge regularly. It's a little easier to find than Dirt Wolf so far.
    Those two, Evolution Lot 6, and OTWOA give us a pretty good selection of "local" IPA.

    I'm finishing off my 1st COAST BA 2013 Blackbeerd Imperial Stout after giving it a formal review (and I don't feel like re-posting my pic from last night). It's a great beer that's already been aged and tastes wonderful now!! Cheers!
