    Pulled a sample from my Imperial Porter that's currently aging on bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla - this puppy is thick and is turning into a dessert beer...no complaints here! :slight_smile: One more week on the "condiments" before bottling.

    And - In a spicy/clove kinda mood tonight ...gettin' my Christmas Belgian on, the carbonation cascade with the matching glass is just beautiful!

    I've scraped enuff pennies and nickels together that I think I can buy a coupla more 22 oz Left Hand Wake and Bake stouts. Yes, it's a little booze-y. But it has a flavor, a flavor so distinct and outlandish that I feel compelled to comment on it. Yes, I've had one. Hence my thoughts. Anyways, in the proper glass ( a proper stout or a Mason jar) it's purdy good. No quarrel w/ solo cups either. I may need a third. Dunno. Probably.
