    Zimbo, you limeys have access to absolutely gorgeous beers. Not to mention your Pub culture. We be kinda jealous. We're gettin' pretty good here across the Pond tho'. Never the twain shall meet, eh? Open invitation extended to y'all, anytime. Tex Mex v Shepards Pie. Win/win. and beer. Glorious beer. Lots of it.

    Yep, there is so much gorgeous beer here in the UK. And so much of the best stuff is hardly even mentioned on BA. I admit it. But Abbot Ale isn't one of them.
    Me, I'm jealous of those with easy access to Heady Topper, Pliny etc. And thanks for the invite. One day. One day.

    Furthermore, as I've stated before. Hop a plane. Get off in Texas. Turn north. The cheese enchiladas, refried beans and rice here are unreal. Salsa is superb. I'm sure my ol' lady won't mind if I put ya up on the couch for a day or two. That particular place only has bottled Corona, Bud Lite and Modelo tho. I'll show you some places that have Prairie Artisan and Choc on tap. and Coop F-5 IPA. Gawd that stuff is delicious.

    On another forum, I'd mentioned how enamored with Fuller's 1845 I was. Dude dismissed it as "Southern piss". As an Okie, I don't always get the best of the best. I get it. But Fuller's is a beautiful beer, and I love it. What is the opinion in the UK of Fuller's 1845?
