    Moving on to my 2nd Wake-n-Bake after the Bourbon County.

    I'm convincing myself that shoveling now is futile. Why not get fully likkered for the night and then tackle it at 8 or 9pm under the moonlight and heavy winds? Doing it now just means I have to do it again when I get up in the morning.

    I thought that BCBCS had wayyyy too much coffee in it. It was almost sour-ish because of it. That was my least favorite variation.

    I got into my office by 7:15 AM today, figured, ok, let me get a jumpstart on this week since I've been out so much. I mean, heck, the weatherguy said the real snow wouldn't start until 4 PM, right?

    Ok.

    Left office by noon, got to my car @ the station by 1 PM, barely got up the hill - though I did pull over to offer (and give) a ride to a young father who was carrying a toddler. Poor guy was in dress shoes and looked miserable. Good day for the day, done.

    Then 1 by 1, my clients started cancelling calls. Because, you know, snowmaggeddon and all. And man it is DUMPING out there! Only worry left is how on Earth my wife is going to get home from her job (15+ miles). As I type this the first plow I've seen all day went by, but the roads are atrocious.

    Anywho, since I find myself thinking about this stupid thread daily, I figured I'd join it. Again. Na zdorovie!

    Starting with an old favorite Dale's. Snowmen are rare in these parts, the one in the picture is probably the only one I'll see in SC this year. I've got an Enjoy By chilling down for my #2, my first of this batch.

    Seen this beer a few times in this thread, so when I ran into it in the bottle shop, it was a no-brainer.

    Great nose on this beer. Decent flavor. OK mouthfeel. You know how some things are the best of both worlds? Not so much here. The styles are complementary, but next time I'm in the mood for a Tripel, I think I'm going for a more traditional version.

    Is your wife safe or is she still at work? Anywho I wish her a safe trip home! My roads are not treated so I can't go anywhere unless I have a death wish. I would travel in this if I had a Sixer of Monkey and a rear wheel drive vehicle ( Know what I mean)?
